I have never written a bad review before, unfortunately I am going to have to share with anyone considering taking your best friend here you might want to think twice. I have been taking my dog here since I moved to the area a little over 2 years ago, just met the vet this morning! It took me over a month of leaving messages to get an appointment and even the office manager doesn't promptly return calls. I was told this was an ongoing issue, they were just so busy, construction was causing issues with the phones and voicemail... Agreed to give them another chance. Walked in this morning to "why has your dog not been getting a particular vaccine?" My response was " I don't know he makes his appointments on time," at that time I was told oh yeah he got the vaccine last year it just wasn't in his chart? My dog has been here 3 times the vet just today decided he needed to be on heart worm medication.
Made me question if my dog is really getting the shots and care that I am paying for. Bob will not be back.
