I rented for a month. I paid $500.00 for a glorified driveway. I had a gravel pad with a spiket and an outlet. Most driveways have that.

They do nothing but mow the lawn on the motor home side. They are on site a couple of days a month to collect rent and that is it.

My site was next to a couple stagnant muddy ponds. The ants were ridiculous I was constantly poisoning, no facilities, no amenuties.

They have a lame basket ball hoop. There is a duck pond with catfish in it, but no fishing! The pond looks like a giant mud puddle. There are dead branches, duff everywhere.

It was a lot like camping, not worth $500.00.Not even close.
